We are thrilled to announce “Christmas Around the World,” a festive celebration of global holiday traditions, taking place on Saturday 14th, Venue: TBC. This family-friendly event will bring our community together to experience and appreciate the unique ways Christmas is celebrated across the globe.

We are reaching out to invite your group or organisation to represent your country in this special event. Your participation would highlight the vibrant culture and cherished traditions of your country, helping us to create a truly inclusive and meaningful celebration.

How you can participate

We welcome your involvement in any or all of the following ways, based on your interest and availability:

1. Showcase traditional decorations, festive artifacts, or visual displays that reflect your country’s unique Christmas customs
2. Engage attendees with a hands-on experience, such as crafting ornaments, sharing holiday stories, or demonstrating a family tradition
3. Offer samples or recipes of Christmas dishes or treats from your Country to delight the taste buds of attendees
4. Perform a cultural dance, song, or demonstration of a special tradition (e.g Christmas Carol, or dance).

To support your participation, we will:

• Provide assistance with setup and materials as needed.
• Publicly recognize your contribution on event signage, our website, and social media platforms.
• Cover or partially cover reasonable expenses related to materials, supplies, or performances (let us know your needs)
